"I cannot express how helpful Jennifer and Eric from State Farm were! We were dropped by our insurance company one month after buying our home in Evergreen. Eric came out and rescued us, understanding that we moved to the mountains for the trees and wildlife. Within no time at all we were through underwriting and fully insured. And we got to keep all the trees! The birds and critters are so relieved, and so are we."

"Jenn is a sponsor for the high school football team that I coach so I thought I'd talk to her and try to support her business. I worked with Eric and the process was quick (I spent less than 10 mins on the phone with him) and easy. "Do not get insurance from this agent. I was having some price issues with my auto policies and I was not getting a straight answer from a previous agent. I contact this office and I was told that they would be able to get everything all straightened out but I had to transfer my policies to them for that to happen.I did this and things got worse not better. I was lied to right out of the gate and then when I lower the coverage on 2 of my 3 vehicles down to liability only I get a letter of non renewal only on the 2 vehicles that I lowered the coverage on. I call StateFarm and they tell me to talk to the agent, I talk to the agent and they say they are not able to do anything. Steer clear at all costs."

Unfortunately, agents do not set premiums, nor do they have control over the requirements that Underwriting sets in order to keep a policy in force.
